Description: The invention relates to a sauna according to the preamble of independent claim 1. The generic sauna comprises an oven and at least one couch. The heater is arranged under the bed, the heater comprising a housing with a front side facing the interior of the sauna and an outlet. A flow of the air heated by the furnace is directed convectively through the outlet.
A sauna according to the preamble of independent claim 1 is known from German utility model application DE 20 103 108 U1. In a sauna of this type, the heater is designed as a lower bench heater, the outlet for the heated air being integrated into a projection on a rear wall or a backrest of the lounger. However, this increases the space requirement for such a sauna, since the bed must be spaced from the rear wall. This additional space requirement is a hindrance, particularly in the case of compact, extendable saunas.
In further embodiments of the prior art, the outlet is part of an upper side of the furnace arranged towards the underside of the bed. As a result, the flow of air heated by the furnace is at least partially directed directly onto the underside of the bed. In particular in the case of a lounger which consists of a plurality of wooden boards, this can lead to an unpleasant indoor climate, since a user can be directly exposed to the flow of air heated by the oven, which is directed between the wooden boards.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a sauna which has a space-saving arrangement of the furnace below the bed, and provides a pleasant indoor climate for the sauna.
The object is achieved by the features of independent claim 1. Accordingly, in a sauna according to the preamble of independent claim 1, there is a solution to the problem according to the invention if the outlet is arranged at an upper end of the front, the outlet is arranged below the bed in such a way that the flow of the air heated by the furnace is directed into the interior of the sauna without coming into contact with an underside of the bed. The outlet is connected to an extractor of the furnace below the bed, the extractor being partially insulated at least in an area that directly faces the underside of the insert.
Such a sauna has a particularly compact design, since the fume cupboard can be arranged completely below the bed, and also has a particularly pleasant indoor climate, since the sophisticated arrangement of the outlet promotes circulation of the air in the interior of the sauna without that the air heated by the furnace is directed towards the bed and thus towards a user. The at least partial insulation of the fume hood can also reduce the amount of heat released by the fume hood to the underside of the bed, so that uncomfortable heating can be prevented.
[0007] Advantageous embodiments of the present invention are the subject of the dependent claims.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the upper end of the front of the housing and one side of the bed are essentially flush with each other. The upper end of the front in the form of a projection or a recess can have a horizontal distance of up to 5% of a width of the couch directed perpendicular to the front. In addition, the upper end of the furnace can have a vertical distance of up to 5% of the height of the housing from the side of the bed. In addition, the upper end of the front can have an angle of up to 30 ° with respect to the vertical. Advantageously, however, the front of the housing and the side of the bed form a vertical plane. This allows a good convective flow to be achieved without touching the underside of the bed.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the furnace comprises at least one control element, the control element being operable from the front of the housing. This means that the heater can be operated directly from inside the sauna. In particular, the control element can be connected directly to a control device of the furnace, so that the connection to an external control device is omitted, and assembly can thereby be simplified. In a further preferred embodiment, the trigger is completely isolated. As a result, the release of heat to one side can be reduced, which can both improve the indoor climate and ensure appropriate fire protection.
[0011] According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the furnace is surrounded by a frame. The frame is preferably formed from a material which corresponds to a material forming the bed. This makes the stove more attractive and prevents hot surfaces from touching the stove.
[0012] According to a further preferred embodiment, the furnace comprises a heating shaft with at least one heating element. The air in the furnace is heated particularly effectively by using a heating shaft.
In a further preferred embodiment, the outlet has a lower edge, the lower edge of the outlet being located below an upper end of the heating shaft.
Preferably, the trigger has an underside, the underside having an opening, the opening being connected to the heating shaft.
[0015] The underside is preferably horizontal, the underside having a front edge, the front edge of the underside forming a lower edge of the outlet, the heating shaft protruding through the opening, so that
CH 715 094 A2 is the upper end of the heating shaft above the opening. In this way, a particularly compact design of the furnace can be achieved in the vertical direction.
In a further preferred embodiment, the trigger has an upper side, the upper side being inclined upward in a direction toward the outlet by at least 10 ° with respect to the horizontal. The top side can particularly advantageously comprise a partial surface which is arranged at an end of the top side which faces away from the outlet and which is inclined by at least 30 ° with respect to the horizontal. This can promote the convective flow of the air heated by the furnace through the outlet.
In a further preferred embodiment, the furnace has a height, the outlet extending from an upper end of the height to at least an upper third of the height. This can further improve the convective flow of the air heated by the furnace.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the lounger has a railing, the railing being arranged on the side of the lounger, the railing extending at least across a width of the outlet. This prevents accidental touching of the outlet when sitting on the bed.
In a further preferred embodiment, the bed has a length and the oven has a width, the width of the oven extending up to a third of the length of the bed.
Preferably, at least one piece of seating can be arranged at least partially below the bed, the seating being able to be pulled out from under the bed, and wherein the seating can be arranged in a position under the bed next to the oven. Advantageously, the seating furniture can be arranged completely below the couch, so that the side of the couch and a front of the seating furniture form a vertical plane. This means that the space below the bed can be used particularly well.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the sauna is extendable. In a completely retracted state of the sauna, an inner wall of the sauna advantageously borders directly on the front of the heater. This allows the sauna to be designed to be particularly space-saving.
An exemplary embodiment of the present invention is explained in more detail below with reference to drawings.
1 shows an oblique view of a heater 1 for a sauna 100 according to the invention.
2 shows an interior view of the sauna 100 according to the invention.
3 shows a cross section through the furnace 1 and a bed 2 of the sauna 100 according to the invention.
As shown in Fig. 1, the furnace 1 comprises a housing 3 which is formed from a sheet metal. The housing comprises a trigger 8 in the upper region, which comprises an outlet 5. The trigger 8 connects the outlet 5 to an upper end 15 of a heating shaft 12. The heating shaft 12 is completely surrounded by the housing 3 so that it is not possible to touch an outer surface of the heating shaft 12. The upper end 15 of the heating shaft 12 can also be filled with a heat-storing material, such as granite or olivine in the form of stones.
The outlet 5 is part of the front 4 and is arranged at an upper end 6 of the front 4. The outlet 5 has a lower edge 14, the lower edge 14 being formed by a front edge 14 of an underside 16 of the trigger 8. The underside 16 of the trigger 8 has an opening 17, the upper end 15 of the heating shaft 12 projecting through the opening 17, so that the upper end 15 lies above the lower edge 14 of the outlet 5.
The furnace 1 has a height, the upper end 6 of the height being formed by the upper end 6 of the front. The outlet 5 extends from an upper end 6 of the height to a lower edge 14, the lower edge 14 being at least below an upper third of the height of the furnace 1, but advantageously at least 40% of the height below the upper end 6 the height.
An upper side 18 of the trigger 8, which forms an area 18 directly facing the lower side 7 of the bed 2, has an inclination of 15 ° upwards relative to the horizontal in a direction directed towards the outlet 5. The upper side 18 comprises a partial surface 24 which is arranged at an end of the upper side 18 facing away from the outlet 5 and which has an inclination of 45 ° with respect to the horizontal in a direction directed towards the outlet 5. This shape enables a particularly good convective flow of the air heated by the furnace 1 to be achieved.
All outer surfaces of the trigger 8, but in particular the top 18, the partial surface 24 and a side surface 26 are insulated with an insulating material. The insulating material advantageously comprises a material made of mineral fibers and a reflective metal layer. As a result, the emission of heat through the hood 8 in the form of heat radiation, heat conduction or confection can be reduced.
CH 715 094 A2 The front side 4 has an operating panel 23, two operating elements 10 being arranged on the operating panel 23, so that the operating elements 10 can be operated from the front side 4 of the furnace 1. The control elements 10 are connected to a control device 22 which regulates the operation of the heating element 13.
As shown in Fig. 2, the furnace 1 is surrounded by a frame 11, the front 4 of the housing 3 of the furnace 1 and a front of the frame 11 forming a vertical plane. The frame 11 encloses the housing 3 of the furnace, so that only the front 4 of the furnace 1 is visible from the outside. The heater 1 is arranged on a side wall of the sauna 100, so that part of the frame 11 is formed by the side wall of the sauna 100. The sauna 100 is a pull-out sauna 100, an inner wall of the sauna 100 directly adjoining the front side 4 in a retracted state of the sauna 100.
The front 4 is flush with one side 9 of the bed 2. This forms the front of the frame 11, the front 4 of the housing 3 and the side 9 of the bed 2 a common vertical plane. In an area above the outlet 5, the side 9 is provided with thermal protection 24, so that the air heated by the oven 1 cannot damage the material of the bed 2. The thermal insulation 24 extends over the entire width of the housing 3 of the furnace 1, but at least over the width of the outlet 5. The couch 2 also has a railing 19, the railing 19 being arranged along the side 9 and on an upper side the couch 2 is fastened, the railing extending at least over the entire width of the housing 3, but advantageously over the entire width of the frame 11. In this way, accidental touching of the outlet 5 by a user on the bed 2 can be prevented.
In an area below the bed 2 and next to the frame 11 of the furnace 1, a pull-out first seating 20 can be arranged such that the first seating 20 is arranged completely below the bed 2. The first seating furniture 20 can be designed in such a way that a pull-out second seating furniture 21 can be arranged below the first seating furniture 20. In a position completely below the couch 2, the first seating 20 and the second seating 21 are arranged next to the oven 1. As a result, the interior of the extendable sauna 100 can be fully used, so that in the retracted state an inner wall of the sauna 100 on the front of the frame 11, the front 4 of the housing 3, the side 9 of the bed 2, one side of the first seating furniture 20 and one side of the second seating 21 borders. The first seating furniture 20, the second seating furniture 21, the frame 11 and the bed 2 are preferably formed from the same material, such as wood.
As shown in FIG. 3, the upper side 18 forms an area 18 of the trigger 8 which faces the underside 7 of the bed 2 directly. A suitable insulation of the upper side 18 can release heat through the trigger 8 to the underside 7 the couch 2 can be reduced. The upper side 18 is also at least partially directly above the heating shaft 12, which encloses at least one heating element 13. The heating shaft 12 is bounded at the bottom by a grille 25, the furnace 1 convectively drawing cool air through the grille 25 and heating it by means of the heating element 13, the convective flow of the heated air being directed by means of the extractor 8 through the outlet 5.
Those skilled in the art will recognize that the invention is not limited to the above embodiment. Thus, the frame 11 can also be formed by the housing 3 of the furnace 1, so that a front of the frame 11 is also a front 4 of the housing 3. Conversely, the housing 3 of the furnace 1 can also be formed by the frame 11.
